"When I bought my house, I saw a lot of potential in the 500 SF basement – it was previously finished but would need to be completely gutted and so it sat unused for years.  I am so glad I found Warrior Construction!  Joe walked me through the entire process, made recommendations, and worked with me to make sure I was in love with the finished product.  He demolished the existing room down to the concrete, installed new windows and doors, framed, drywalled, installed LVT flooring, new lighting, painted, and even created custom storage closets under the staircase!  The room is now light, bright, and cozy – it is hands down our family’s favorite room in the house.  With all the insulation he added under the floors and in the walls, the room is no longer cold or drafty, and we are realizing savings on our heating and cooling costs.  Joe always arrived on time, paid excellent attention to detail, was upfront with costs, and was a great communicator – I was never left to question where things stood or what was coming next – something that truly sets him apart from his competitors.  I would hands down recommend Warrior Construction! Recently Joe helped us put our house on the market by painting almost all the interior rooms, making suggestions along the way that was better than what we thought of. I look forward to having him do some projects in my new home including finishing some space in my basement for a studio.

The best part was the reliability. He was prompt, showing up exactly when he said he would, agreeing to do more projects than originally scoped because we loved the quality of his work, all the time working around us working from home with three big dogs :-).
